Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Any issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Sale items, discounted products, and customized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Refunds (if approved) are processed through the original payment method and may take several working days.
